Camp Setebaid® at Swatara:
Location

Camp Setebaid moved in 2011 to a new location.

Camp Setebaid at Swatara is now located at Camp Swatara, 2905 Camp Swatara Road, Bethel, PA 19507. The site was specifically selected to better serve our Southeastern Pennsylvania families. It is approximately 1½ hours west of Philadelphia and less than 1 hour East of Harrisburg.

Located at the foot of beautiful Blue Mountain in Northwestern Berks County, Pennsylvania, Camp Setebaid at Swatara offers many activities and hiking trails that range from ¼ mile to over 2 miles. These hiking trails weave through the picturesque Appalachian mountain range and are filled with babbling brooks and scenic vistas.

The camp has two areas, East and West, which operate as two independent camps. The older campers (teens) will reside in one area and have a completely different program schedule than the younger campers. Each area will have activities that are age-appropriate for its campers.

Camp Setebaid at Swatara consists of two dining halls, a medical lodge, swimming pool, lake, high and low ropes courses with a zip line, a climbing tower, and the two cabin areas. All campers will sleep in cabins and bathing areas will either be in their cabin or just steps outside of their cabin.
