Expectations

Every staff member at camp has talents which can be used in the camp setting, and is expected to contribute their talents, in some way, to the program. Staff members need to be positive, enthusiastic, and helpful during the program. True teamwork is critical to have the program be a positive and uplifting experience for all. The reward is the opportunity to guide, direct, teach, and live with the campers. By giving campers new experiences, staff can help children and teens deal with their lives and living with diabetes.
